PRINCE ROYCE BEING SUED? VIA @AJELKALLEJERO

We all know that Prince Royce has been one of the biggest musical successes in the last two years.

What people may not know is that there was one key figure behind this triumph and that man is Sergio George, owner of Top Stop Music – Royce’s label that brought him to fame.

Apparently their relationship has turned sour because Top Stop is now suing the prince!

Sergio said:

“It’s unfortunate that this is happening. We put our energy, our knowledge, and hopes into him but he is lacking gratitude.”

He goes on to explain that Royce refuses to pay the label their royalties per the contract despite having invested more than two million dollars into launching his career.

The Dominican-American artist supposedly sought out new representation even though Sergio claims that he is still under an agreement for a total of three albums with Top Stop.

The saying goes ‘if it ain’t broken don’t fix it’ but maybe Prince has his eyes set out on bigger goals – hopefully this decision doesn’t come back to haunt him.
