Honestly, we can’t blame Jenni Rivera for what went down at her house this past weekend. Apparently she put in a frantic 2am call to 911 after hearing a “prowler” in the bushes. But, the suspect-in-question turned out to be her son!
That’s right, Jenni’s hijo proved to be culprit and he was hardly planning to rob the place. According to TMZ, the junior Rivera was trying to sneak in after a night out on the town.
But after hearing noises, the Banda Queen did what any concerned citizen would do – call the cops and beg for help! The police did eventually show up and quickly dismissed the situation after clearing up the confusion.
We definitely feel for Jenni after hearing that piece of news. Especially when you consider that her baseball-playing ex is no longer sleeping by her side.
