Now Jenni Rivera‘s company is being sued.

The families of four passengers who died aboard a plane carrying the singer and her crew filed a lawsuit Thursday against four entities, including la diva’s corporation.

The lawsuit seeks punitive damages against the current owners of the jet, as well as the previous owner, which sold the plane last year.

Attorneys named Jenni’s company because of its role in choosing to fly in the 43-year-old Learjet 25.

The attorneys said they are not seeking punitive damages against the Jenni’s company – however, she is named in the lawsuit so they find out exactly who is responsible.

So they don’t want money from Jenni’s company…for now. After all, her team was working at the time of the accident.
