John Travolta faces 2 sex suits

John Travolta found himself facing double trouble Tuesday: two lawsuits that allege sexual battery and harassment.

Travolta is being sued by two unidentified male masseurs, John Doe Plaintiff No. 1 and John Doe Plaintiff No. 2, who allege the “Grease” star tried to have sex with them during two separate massage sessions.

Doe No. 2 filed his lawsuit Tuesday morning, claiming he had “substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta’s actions,” which allegedly occurred at an unidentified Atlanta resort, www.radaronline.com reports. Doe No. 1 filed his sexual assault lawsuit in a Los Angeles federal court on Monday.

The two plaintiffs, who have the same legal representation, are each seeking $2 million in punitive damages in their separate sexual harassment and battery cases.

According to claims made in the court documentation from Doe No. 1, a stripped-down Travolta groped the masseur at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Jan. 16 while trying to have sex with him.

Doe No. 1 alleged that Travolta suggested a threesome with “a Hollywood starlet” and also told the masseur that he “got where he is now due to sexual favors he had performed when he was in his ‘Welcome Back, Kotter’ days.” According to the lawsuit, Travolta also said that “Hollywood is controlled by homosexual Jewish men” who grant favors in return for sex.

Travolta’s camp slammed the allegations as “complete fiction and fabrication” on Monday.

“None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiffs, who refuse to give their name, know that the suit is a baseless lie.”

“On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. Plaintiff’s attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and plaintiff for malicious prosecution.”

Late Tuesday afternoon, Travolta’s camp called the second round of allegations “absurd and fictional” and “just as fabricated” as the claims made in the initial suit.
