Victor Manuelleis headed on tour.
The salsa star is celebrating his almost two-decade long career with a string of concerts being called the “Casi 20″ tour.
He’ll start in Puerto Rico and make stops in Miami, New York, Santo Domingo, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas.
